Introduction

Holy Spirit Public School is established and administrated by Holy Spirit Public School Payyanthottam Trust (Reg.no.121/IV/2017). The  Holy Spirit Public School is a prestigious learning center in Payyanithottam. It aims at all round development of individuality by creating a sense of national commitment towards one's nation and thereby become a productive member of the society. The academic curriculum of the school is based on wisdom of the past with an eye to the future. It is an education designed to succeed in the coming millennium. We provide a comprehensive education that will serve both in career as well as in personal life. It is an institution that will prepare the students for a life time of learning. The school has an impressive and imposing building, which has bright and spacious class rooms and activity centers. Aim of our school about each student is 1. Self learners and academically sound. 2. Investigative in spirit 3. Conscious of their role in society. 4. confident, wholesome personalities with good communication skills. 5. Focused on career 6. Keen on the physical pursuits 7. Uphold values. 

The school was opened in 2003 by Holy Spirit Sisters Payyanithottom Trust. The school is affiliated to CBSE New Delhi No. 930836 in 2011. Now it is a Secondary School. The total strength of students is 453. We have a handful of teaching and non-teaching staff and have an enthusiastic team of teachers for yoga, art, dance, music, Karate and physical education. The management and staff are diligent to give the sound foundation to the pupil who is entrusted to us. The school is following CBSE syllabus but also incorporated NCERT text for students according to the rules and regulations of government. 

Main Activities 

The school gives equal importance to curricular and co-curricular activities along with charitable activities for the total development of individual. 

Activities 

General PTA  , Executive meetings, Class PTA, Merit Day, Enviornment Day, Independence Day, Onam Celebration, Teachers Day, clubs inauguration , Meet the candidate programme, school parliament election, Installation ceremony , Arts festival , award function, examinations and assignments, SUPW competition, Kerala Piravi celebration, Children’s day celebration, Arts Festival, Sports meet , greeting card making competition, Christmas celebration, Republic Day celebration, counselling and Moral classes.

Charity Functions 

The school conducts many charity function in order to open our eyes before the people who starve and struggle. They are: 

• School provides free education for 30 students 
• Many scholarships are providing to assist or give financial aid for the eligible.
• Collected some boxes of stationary items, clothes and money and distributed to an orphanage.

Moral Background 

To build up future citizens with social values, we insist value education classes . 

Merit Day 

• We the Holy Spirit Public School also promised to work for the fulfilment of the vision statements of CBSE who serves as a centre of excellence by providing quality education to promote intellectual, social and cultural diversity among its learners. We are very happy to say that we are able to meet the higher expectations of the parents and higher standards of society as directed by CBSE for the past 18 years.
